President, Network 10 & Head of Streaming & Regional Lead

With over 25 years’ experience in television internationally and in Australia, Beverley McGarvey was appointed President of Network 10, Head of Streaming and Regional Lead for Australia and New Zealand in 2024. Beverley possesses vast experience as an Australian media business and creative leader. She is responsible for both commercial and creative leadership of Paramount’s multi-platform business in Australia, with oversight of Network 10 and its portfolio of brands, including 10 Play, Nickelodeon and MTV. Beverley oversees all original content out of Australia in alignment with Paramount’s global studio organisation and the businesses’ commercial capabilities and leads Paramount+ in Australia in this capacity. Before Beverley was appointed President of Network 10, Head of Streaming and Regional Lead for Australia and New Zealand, her title was EVP & Chief Content Officer, Head of Paramount+, Paramount ANZ since 2020. Beverley had been Chief Content Officer at Network 10 since 2016 and Chief Programming Officer since 2012, after joining the company as Head of Programming in 2006.

 

Since joining Network 10, Beverley has been responsible for the successful launch of many franchise series, including MasterChef Australia, Have You Been Paying Attention?, Gogglebox Australia, Australian Survivor, The Masked Singer Australia and more. With a strong and successful catalogue of Australian produced drama, under the direction of Beverley, the network has also launched successful drama series on Network 10. On Paramount+, Beverley has overseen series such as global sensation, NCIS: SYDNEY, along with local drama Last King of The Cross, and the unscripted series The Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers. She has also been instrumental in bringing major sporting codes to the organisation’s multi-platforms, including Australian football (Socceroos and Matildas), A-Leagues, NBL and the Australian rounds of Formula One and MotoGP.
