CEO

Jan van Voorn is the CEO of IP House, a global leader in intellectual property protection services. Since taking on this role in 2024, he has overseen the company’s rapid expansion to over 550 employees, operating in more than 100 countries. IP House provides end-to-end IP protection, including online monitoring, investigations, enforcement, and education, serving over 275 leading brands. IP House also works closely with law enforcement agencies around the world to combat intellectual property crimes.

Prior to leading IP House, Jan was the Executive Vice President and Chief of Global Content Protection for the Motion Picture Association (MPA) from 2013 to 2024. He also headed the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), coordinating global enforcement efforts against digital piracy. Before joining the MPA, Jan had a distinguished career in law enforcement, leading teams specialized in investigating and prosecuting organized and computer crimes.
