Jonathan Zepp (Jon) leads Emerging Content Experiences & XR (ECXR) partnerships for Google. In this multi-functional role, he builds novel strategic partnerships enabling the intersection of creativity and innovative technology. In this capacity, Jon also leads relationships with the media & entertainment industry (studios, networks, streaming services, sports leagues) and professional creative industry (filmmakers, talent, agencies) to evolve storytelling via emerging technologies (Al, immersive video). Over his Google tenure Jon led global entertainment content partnerships for YouTube, Google Play and Google TV.

 

Jon previously held leadership roles at Sony PlayStation, Paramount Pictures and Napster. He began his career as a corporate and intellectual property lawyer. Jon is consistently recognized by industry peers for his leadership and contributions to industry evolution. He was recently elected Chair for the Digital Entertainment Group, a consortium of leading entertainment industry constituents.
