Chris Lowenstein is a film and television producer based in Thailand, where he has lived and worked for over 30 years. In 1996, he founded Living Films, which has played a central role in the evolution of Thailand’s production industry and its integration into the global film and television landscape.

With more than 50 feature films and television series to his credit, Chris has produced alongside globally recognized talent including Jackie Chan, Nicolas Cage, Bradley Cooper, Owen Wilson, and Matthew McConaughey.

His recent work includes Ron Howard’s Thirteen Lives, the BAFTA-nominated BBC/Netflix series The Serpent, and the award-winning drama Tár, starring Cate Blanchett.

Most recently, Chris was the Producer for the award-winning FX/Disney series Alien: Earth, one of the largest international television productions to film entirely in Thailand, involving extensive studio builds and large-scale world creation over two years.

Chris has seen Thailand evolve from an emerging location into one of the world’s most sought-after production destinations, playing a key role in its rise as a global hub for international film and television.
