Keisuke Oishi, a graduate of Hitotsubashi University, began his career at Sony Corporation before joining Amazon Japan G.K. in 2014. Over his decade-long tenure at Amazon, he has held several pivotal roles, including Head of the Software and Video Game Division and Director of the Entertainment Media Division, where he was responsible for the entire packaged media business spanning music, video, software, and video games. In 2023, he was appointed Director and General Manager of Amazon Music Japan, where he played a key role in making it one of the most loved music streaming services in the country. Known for his ability to drive business growth and foster consumer engagement, Oishi’s leadership will be instrumental in ensuring Prime Video remains at the forefront of video entertainment in Japan.
