Kenneth Cia, known affectionately as Ken, serves as the Head Roast Master at Arutala. With over a decade of experience in the coffee industry, his craft is driven by a deep-seated passion for flavor. Ken operates on the philosophy that while high-quality beans are essential, the roasting process is what truly defines a masterpiece. 

He often draws a parallel between coffee and culinary arts: just as two chefs can create vastly different dishes from the same ingredients, a roast master’s touch determines the soul of the brew.
