Lertchai Kodsup serves as the Chief Mobile Business Officer at Advanced Info Service (AIS), Thailand’s leading integrated telecommunications provider. In this capacity, he manages the strategic direction for a mobile subscriber base of over 45 million, playing a central role in the company’s transition into a "Cognitive Tech-Co." His leadership focuses on leveraging AIS’s extensive 5G infrastructure to drive digital innovation and maintain the company’s position as a primary facilitator of Thailand’s digital economy across both consumer and enterprise sectors.

With a career at AIS spanning more than two decades, Lertchai has held several senior leadership positions that have shaped the company’s market presence. He previously served as the Head of the Mobile Business Unit at Advanced Wireless Network (AWN) and led the Marketing and Retail Customer and Channel Management functions. These roles were instrumental in modernizing AIS’s retail operations and distribution networks, ensuring the brand effectively reaches and serves a diverse mass-market and retail customer base throughout the country.

Currently, Lertchai is focused on enhancing the AIS digital ecosystem through strategic content and entertainment integration. He has overseen the expansion of the AIS PLAY platform by securing sports rights and establishing partnerships with major over-the-top (OTT) providers and short-form content innovators. By aligning premium international content with 5G-optimized service plans, he continues to evolve AIS’s value proposition, ensuring the company meets the sophisticated demands of the modern digital consumer while driving long-term growth.
