Prateek has been pivotal in fundraising efforts exceeding $1 billion for Viacom18 and Allen Institute, working alongside a consortium of investors. His strategic acumen, leadership, and vast industry experience have been instrumental in driving the expansion of digital services and strategically charting growth trajectories for these businesses.

Before joining Marigold Park Capital Advisers, Prateek held a significant position at Star-Disney for a decade, leading Strategy, Business Development, and M&A initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. His strategic prowess and leadership were crucial in executing transformative M&A deals, launching new ventures in sports and digital (Hotstar), and shaping Disney’s global digital strategy. These efforts significantly contributed to the expansion of digital services in India and key international markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, Indonesia, and Singapore.
