Ajit Mohan is President at Snap, Inc. where he leads the Asia-Pacific region for the company. He is a member of the Snap executive leadership team. Prior to Snap, he was the Vice President and Managing Director of India for Meta for four years where he spearheaded the company’s charter in India across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. He was the founding CEO at Hotstar, where he launched and built Hotstar into India’s #1 premium video streaming platform.

Ajit has also worked extensively in the social sector including initiatives in child nutrition in Bihar, anti-sex selection programs in New Delhi, public school reforms in Cincinnati in the United States, and in improving access to government welfare in New York for a program run by the Robin Hood Foundation. He has steered the tech industry in India through leadership roles that have spanned from being the Chairman of the Digital Economy Council at FICCI to being the Vice President of the largest internet industry association, IAMAI.
