Jane has a strong background in various leadership roles in the media, telecommunications and marketing industries. Jane is currently the President and CEO of MediaQuest, which owns TV5 and Cignal. Jane previously served as Cignal TV President and CEO before she was appointed in 2020 as Senior Vice President for consumer individual wireless business of Smart Communications. Previously she served as the President of MediaFive Marketing Corporation, responsible for marketing, sales, creative services, digital strategy and marketing, and traffic management, among other areas. From 2014 to 2015, she held the position of the First Vice-President and Head at Media5 Marketing Corp/Mediaquest. Prior to that, she worked as the Group Head -Prepaid Marketing at Smart Communications, Inc. from 2004 to 2015.

MediaQuest is a Philippine corporation that has a full range of media production and distribution companies under its wing. It is home to leaders in traditional and digital media, including Cignal, TV5, The Philippine Star, and Businessworld. MediaQuest’s assets also include national radio station Radyo5, and original satellite TV channels One News, One Sports, One PH, Sari-Sari Channel, PBA, and UAAP basketball channel The Varsity Channel.
