Unmish is Founder & Executive Director of Picture Board Partners, a Singapore based growth practice dedicated to Gaming, Edutainment, Media and Sport; aka the ‘G.E.M.S’ sectors. A Design Thinking practitioner, he triangulates content, code & capital to curate solutions that drive sales, brand recall or equity appreciation.

Founded in 2015, Picture Board Partners clients span tech (Dolby, Nielsen, Microsoft), gaming (Twitch, Nodwin), sport (ICC, BWF, WTT, AFC), startups (NIUM, ONE FC, Amagi, Quidich), governments (Singapore, Australia, India, Saudi) and investors (Apollo, Jungle).

In a past life, Unmish held leadership roles at IMG Media, BBC Technology, ESPN STAR Sports, News Corp., and the International Cricket Council (ICC) in Singapore, Dubai, London, Johannesburg, New York and Delhi. He played cricket for Cambridge, is a graduate of INSEAD’s Board Directors Program and was appointed Chairman of the GoSports Foundation (Bangalore) in April 2023.
