She leads a regional team that delivers strategic and growth partnerships across various domains, such as telco, product, connected devices, and new areas of innovation. With over 20 years of international experience in digital strategy, marketing, commercial, product, and operations, she has successfully led digital transformation projects, negotiated multimillion-dollar deals, and grown significant audiences for global media and technology companies.

She is passionate about developing and inspiring people to perform at their best, and has mentored and empowered a diverse and talented digital team across APAC. Vanessa has also created a strong global alliance with internal digital partners across EMEA, US, and LATAM regions, leveraging data analysis and insights, digital marketing, and OTT video service to drive business results and customer satisfaction. Her mission is to drive innovation and expansion for TikTok and ByteDance, and to create value for partners and users in the APAC region.
