Prior to ONE Championship, Mr Tan was at Southern Capital Group, a Southeast Asia focused private equity firm, where he executed and managed buyout investments in Southeast Asia. Mr Tan started his career as a management consultant at Bain &amp; Company where he was part of the Private Equity practice. Mr. Leelapanang has been with Advanced Info Service Plc. for 22 years. He worked as an engineer for 6 years (1996- 2002) and was responsible for planning GSM and NMT switching network infrastructure, and value-added network infrastructure. In 2003, he moved on to a new role as the Wireless Service Planning &amp; Development Manager. He was then promoted to Vice President Value Added Service Business and the Senior Vice President Digital Product &amp; Service in 2008 and 2012 respectively. A year later, he was appointed as the Executive Vice President Marketing. He served as the Acting Chief Marketing Officer from 2016 to 2017 when he took on the role of Chief Consumer Business Officer.

Erika North is the Head of Asia-Pacific Originals at Amazon Studios, overseeing development of original content in this region. Before joining Amazon in 2019, Erika North was Director of International Originals and Content for Asia-Pacific at Netflix. In this role, she set the overall Content strategy for the region and launched the first International Originals across markets including Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines and India, developing Original series such as Thai fantasy drama The Stranded, Taiwanese-Malaysian period drama Ghost Bride and romantic comedy Triad Princess. 
 
Prior to Netflix, Erika North held the position of Head of Programming and Production at HBO Asia, where she set up the Asia-Pacific Originals strategy for the company and launched the first Originals out of the region across scripted TV, film and docuseries from locales including Taiwan, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore among others. In that role, she was responsible for Award-winning HBO Originals such as The Teenage Psychic and Halfworlds, and critically acclaimed true-crime docu-series Behind Closed Doors. Erika North has dual nationality, British and Filipino, and holds a Master of Science from London School of Economics and Political Science.

Euan leads Astro, Malaysia&rsquo;s leading pay-TV company and has broad oversight of the product, content, marketing, technology, commercial and customer functions across all Pay TV, OTT &amp; broadband products. An established media executive with a unique skill set spanning business and technology, Euan is helping architect Astro&rsquo;s product innovation and transformation roadmap. Under his watch, Astro is successfully rolling out an all-new experience, enabling aggregation &lsquo;all in one place&rsquo;. Via a connected Ultra Box and single bill, customers can seamlessly enjoy Netflix and other global streaming services like Disney+ Hotstar, HBO GO, iQIYI and TVBAnywhere+, alongside Astro&rsquo;s own flagship shows and the very best of live Sports. Other recent innovations include the Plug &amp; Play box, a fully hybrid variant of the Ultra &amp; Ulti Boxes, removing the need for a satellite dish. In his early career, Euan held roles in Unilever and KPMG before moving into senior leadership positions with Sky UK, Sky Germany, Fox and Foxtel. Trained at University of Birmingham (Mechanical Engineering) and Harvard Business School, Euan has led multiple step-changes across technology, operations and customer service. He helped launch HD and broadband in the UK, played a vital role in the successful turnaround of Sky Germany and was instrumental in the reset of Foxtel&rsquo;s product &amp; technology suite.

Andy is Vice President and Head of OTT at Astro, where he leads sooka &ndash; a freemium live and on-demand streaming service in Malaysia. He is a seasoned leader with over 20 years&rsquo; experience and is passionate about delivering world class digital products. Under his leadership, sooka grew to 1.5 mil. app downloads within a year of launch. Today, sooka content is available on the big screen via its partnership with selected Smart TV brands on a new VIP TV plan.

Most recently, he was the Vice President of Global Product at iflix where he was responsible for product strategy, product development and user experience. Previously, he held senior positions at Rocket Internet and Sky TV.

Nick Percy is President, Global Markets for BBC Studios. Global Markets was formed in January 2022 consolidating EMEA and APAC distribution regions into a single unified business. It is one of BBC Studios&rsquo; three regional distribution businesses alongside the Americas and the UK. Based in London, Nick is responsible for the strategy and performance of all BBC Studios&rsquo; distribution activities across Global Markets territories including content sales and co-production, channels and streaming services and commercial ancillaries. Nick manages teams in Amsterdam, Beijing, Cologne, Delhi, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, London, Mumbai, Paris, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney, Taipei, Tokyo and Warsaw. 
 
Nick has held a number of roles in BBC Studios since 2010, including EVP for the EMEA region, EVP Western Europe, VP and GM for Central and Eastern Europe, Director of Business Development &amp; Digital for Global Markets, and Head of Strategy. He has been commercial co-lead on some of the biggest global content licensing deals negotiated by BBC Studios. Before joining BBC Studios Nick held a number of strategy roles in government and commercial companies, including McKinsey &amp; Company and Diageo. Nick has previous experience of the APAC region, having lived in Australia and worked extensively on projects in Asia.

Manuel is Executive Vice President for Canal+ Group Asia and Pacific. Since 2015, he also been a member of Canal+ Group Executive Committee. In his current role, he manages strategy and shareholder relationships across Canal+ affiliates and subsidiaries in Asia Pacific and is overseeing new opportunities for growth and M&amp;A in the region.

Manuel started his professional career at Unifrance Film International in 1995. In 1998, he was appointed to the FIFA World Cup France Organization Committee; a year later, he joined the management board of TPS. He assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Multivision PPV / TPSVOD in 2003. In January 2007, he moved to Canal+ International as Chief Programming Officer.

In 2009, he was appointed Executive Director at VSTV, a Canal+ International affiliate in Vietnam. Later, before joining Canal+ Poland as Vice President of the Management Board, Chief Programming Officer, and Chief Executive Officer, he held the position of CEO of Canal+ Caledonia.

Kevin Mayer is Co-CEO and founder of Candle Media, a next generation media company home to category-defining brands including Hello Sunshine, Moonbug Entertainment, Faraway Road Productions and Westbrook Media. Mr. Mayer is a former top executive at The Walt Disney Company where he oversaw its international Direct-to-Consumer business which included launching global streaming platforms, Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu. More recently, Mr. Mayer served as CEO of TikTok and COO of its parent company, ByteDance. 
 
Mr. Mayer currently serves as Chairman of DAZN Group, a leading global sports streaming service. He is co-founder and managing director of Smash Ventures, a later-stage investment firm focused on consumer internet and technology companies. He is on the Board of the Forest Road Company and a Strategic Advisor to Forest Road Acquisition Corporation, a special acquisition company, which recently announced a three-way merger to create the premier at-home connected fitness platform trading under the ticker, $BODY. Mr. Mayer is also an advisory board member at Salesforce and Access Industries. He is on the board of Tinuiti, a performance marketing agency.

Mr. Jeongin Hong is the CEO of Contentree JoongAng, the holding company for SLL (Studio LuluLala, previously known as JTBC Studio), the biggest integrated content studio in Korea with recent domestic and worldwide hits such as D.P., All of Us Are Dead, Hellbound and Money Heist: Korea &ndash; Joint Economic Area; and Megabox, third largest movie theater franchise in Korea, with its own film distribution and investment capabilities. Prior to his appointment of CEO at Contentree JoongAng and Megabox, Mr. Hong was the head of Content Business Division at SLL in charge of producing and distributing original contents to various digital and traditional platforms. He was also the Corporate Strategy Director of JoongAng Holdings (previously known as JoongAng Media Network) where he spearheaded acquisitions of production companies and secured top-tier creators to establish a fully integrated studio entity and participated in exploring new business opportunities for the company.

Mr. Hong started his career as at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2011 and continued on as an Associate at Goldman Sachs Seoul branch&rsquo;s Investment Banking Division in 2013, where he focused on merger &amp; acquisitions, IPOs, and private placement opportunities for fast-growing venture companies. In 2015, he joined JoongAng Holdings as a General Manager of New Business Development Department where he led the successful acquisition of Phoenix Hotels &amp; Resorts.

Manel Arroyo is the head of a new Global Commercial Area encompassing media and sponsorship, assuming the responsibilities of Chief Commercial Officer as well as continuing to lead the Media Area. Manel Arroyo became a Managing Director of Dorna Sports &amp; MotoGP&trade; in 1992. In this role he was responsible for all Media activities and his main expertise was the Management of Content, Production, Sales and distribution via all media platforms. He also managed Dorna&rsquo;s relationship with the Media and traditional Press. Arroyo was also a board member of FC Barcelona from 2010 to 2018, as well as Vice President of the club from 2014 to 2018. His direct responsibilities were in the area of Sales, Marketing and Communication.

SPOTV in South Korea exclusively handles Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, NBA, MLB and UFC, among others. Alvin Sariaatmadja has served as president director of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi (Emtek Group) since 2015. Founded in 1983 as a company providing personal computer services in Indonesia, the Emtek Group has since then evolved into an integrated group of companies with three main business divisions: media, telecommunications and IT solutions, and connectivity. Alvin is concurrently in the board of commissioners at PT Surya Citra Media (SCM), Emtek&rsquo;s media division, which owns major TV broadcasters, production houses and the fast growing online video platform branded Vidio. An Indonesian citizen, Alvin studied in the University of New South Wales, Australia where he earned bachelor&rsquo;s degrees in law and finance.

Scott has 18 years of experience in senior roles of leading Australian telco and media organisations. Prior to joining Fetch TV, Scott worked for PBL Media where he served as CEO of Ticketek and later ACP magazines. He also served as Managing Director for Optus&rsquo;s Consumer &amp; Multi-Media (CMM) and Small and Medium Business (SMB) divisions. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Patrick is the Chief Executive Officer of the Foxtel Group which has interests that extend from the traditional Foxtel business to advertising, sports production, entertainment creation and new streaming businesses. He was appointed to the role in January 2018 following his successful tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Fox Sports. Since Patrick became Chief Executive Officer, the Foxtel Group has grown rapidly in streaming with the launch of Kayo Sports in late 2018 and the arrival of the highly anticipated entertainment streaming service, BINGE, in May 2020.

Previously at Fox Sports, Patrick oversaw an extensive program of renewal and invigoration, including the rebranding of Fox Sports and the introduction of weekly entertainment shows that cemented the company&rsquo;s reputation as the unrivalled home of sports and game-changing broadcast innovations. In 2002, as Director of Digital, he led the rebirth and reinvigoration of Foxtel as a digital product and reshaping its consumer proposition.

Nikko serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) across the Globe Group. He leads the integration of&nbsp; strategic imperatives across the Globe Group of companies from business to culture pillars.

Concurrent with his CSO role, Nikko is the Group CEO for Ad Spark Holdings Inc. under the 917 Ventures portfolio. This group consisting of the four assets including Ad Spark Inc., Deep Sea, Inquiro, and M360, &nbsp;is focused on delivering digital advertising and data services to the Enterprise market.

Shalini GovilPai is the VP and GM of TV Platforms at Google overseeing product, design and engineering teams for Android TV OS and Google TV.

Earlier, Shalini was the senior director for technology solutions at YouTube, where she led the distribution strategy for media creators &ndash; growing this cohort to have a billion monthly active users up 10X during her tenure. Shalini was technical director at Pixar, launching the blockbuster films: Toy Story and A Bugs Life, and worked with clients including Levi&rsquo;s, Chips Ahoy and Listerine on award winning commercials. Shalini is an industry thought leader and a frequent speaker on digital transformation. She was the keynote speaker at Google&rsquo;s annual hardware event, IBC 2019 and at CES 2021. She was featured on NextTVs executive watchlist, Forbes, Vogue and Economic Times and writes frequently on leadership. Devoted to education, she is a board member of Pratham, an educational non-profit. Shalini holds a BS in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay where she holds a Distinguished Alumni award, and a MS in Computer Science from Penn State where she received an Outstanding Engineering Alumni award.

Jonathan Zepp leads M&amp;E and XR global partnerships for Google&rsquo;s Platforms &amp; Ecosystems (eg, Android, Google TV, Chrome, Google Play). In this multi-disciplined role, Jon looks after partnerships and content strategy for Entertainment, Sports and News video content. In addition, Jon oversees the cross-functional team responsible for immersive digital experiences and platforms. Jon previously led content partnerships for YouTube in the Americas.

Prior to joining Google, Jon held key digital entertainment leadership roles at Sony PlayStation Network Entertainment, Paramount Pictures and Napster. Jon began his career as a corporate and intellectual property lawyer. He sits on the board of directors for the Digital Entertainment Group. Jon lives in Los Angeles with his wife Lucy and daughter Emilia. Their family is a proud supporter of El Nido Family Centers, a Los Angeles based charity. Jon is an amateur screenwriter, avid sports fan and science and technology enthusiast.

Vikram is a global telecom executive with experience across Asia and Africa. Before his appointment as President Director &amp; CEO of IOH, Vikram served as Director &amp; Chief Operating Officer at Indosat Oordeoo since 2019. Vikram has served as CEO of Ooredoo Myanmar (2017-19) and Ooredoo Maldives (2014-17). He also served as COO of Bharti Airtel Ltd. Congo (2014) and the Managing Director of Bharti Airtel India (2005-12).

In his roles, Vikram spearheaded the turn-around of operations to establish Ooredoo as a significant market player in the Maldives, Mynamar and Indonesia. Vikram also serves as a Board member in Ooredoo Maldives, Ooredoo Oman and Ooredoo Myanmar, and a Board of Commissioner for Lintasarta, a subsidiary of Indosat Ooredoo. Peter Oggel joined Irdeto in May 2009 and is currently Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Irdeto, Peter founded and served as the Managing Director of Smile Telecom, a startup that pioneered WiMAX technology while launching an operational mobile service provider (MVNO) and fixed line service provider (VOIP) in the Netherlands. Before he founded Smile Telecom, Peter was a Vice President at LogicaCMG where he held management positions in Strategic Sales, General Management, Operations and R&amp;D, and was instrumental to the success of LogicaCMG&rsquo;s mobile messaging and data solutions. Prior to joining LogicaCMG, Peter worked at different positions in Fintel S.A. and Digital Equipment Corporation in Switzerland and France. David Lee is the Founder and CEO of Iyuno-SDI Group, responsible for the strategy and integration of the leading entertainment technology and localization company with the largest global footprint. David has led the development of the company&rsquo;s proprietary cloud-based enterprise resource planning software, which allows the company to perform localization services such as subtitles, dubbing and accessibility features at scale. In 2019 Iyuno merged with Europe localizer BTI Studios and in 2021 acquired rival SDI Media. It is now the largest global provider of dubbing, subtitling, access and media services in over 100 languages for every type of content distribution platform.

An industry veteran, Saurabh has an impressive set of accomplishments to his name. He currently holds two full time jobs. One, he is the group chief financial officer of Jio Platforms, the digital services arm of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). In addition, he is the nominee director on the boards of Reliance&rsquo;s cable businesses, Den Networks and Hathway Cable &amp; Datacom. In addition, he has also been involved in Jio&rsquo;s other key projects across numerous segments. Saurabh holds multiple accolades like Economic Times 40 under forty, Fortune 40 under forty and Young Distinguished Alumni award from IIM, Ahmedabad. Saurabh did his B. Tech. from IIT Roorkee and PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.

Nancy Goldberg joined the Kudelski Group in 2019 as Chief Marketing Officer, in charge of the sales and marketing of the Kudelski Group&rsquo;s Digital TV division and as Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Board of Kudelski SA. Nancy started her professional career in 1982 as an independent athlete (Rock Climber and Snowboarder) before starting a career path in the media and entertainment industry. Nancy has held executive positions across Technicolor Inc., Ascent Media Group LLC, RealNetworks, and the Deluxe Entertainment Service Group where she was responsible for all sales and marketing activities for her major studio customers and developed business models enabling new technologies and services for content protection, distribution and consumption activities. Nancy has consulted for Amazon Web Services within their Professional Services Group, acting as a M&amp;E industry expert and working with the major studios and OTT organizations such as Warner Bros, Disney and Hulu.

More recently, he led the sale of INVIDI to AT&amp;T, DISH, and WPP.

At Triax Communications, David served as senior vice president responsible for franchising, marketing, programming, sales, advertising, and public relations.

Catherine Park is Senior Vice President and the Head of Office &amp; Streaming, Asia at Paramount. She oversees the management and operations of Paramount&rsquo;s business in Asia (Greater China, Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia), including digital media, programme sales, consumer products, recreation and ancillary IP licensing and co-production. She also spearheads the company&rsquo;s streaming business in the region, focusing on accelerating the roll-out of streaming products such as Paramount+ and Pluto TV, and driving the development of original content.

Dr. Mark Specht is Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Central &amp; Northern Europe and Asia at Paramount. In these roles, he oversees Paramount&rsquo;s businesses across Central Europe, the Benelux, Nordics, Russia, Commonwealth of Independent States, and Asia. Specht joined Paramount in May 2010 as Vice President Sales Nickelodeon and Deputy Commercial Director for Viacom International Media Networks Northern Europe. Janice Lee is CEO, Viu and managing director of PCCW Media Group, in charge of the company&rsquo;s media and entertainment businesses, including Hong Kong&rsquo;s largest pay-TV service Now TV and OTT entertainment services including Viu and digital music service Moov. She spearheaded the internationalization of PCCW&rsquo;s media business with video streaming service Viu, which operates in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South Africa.

Janice joined PCCW in January 2003 and was appointed EVP of TV and new media in 2006. She was appointed MD for PCCW Media Group in 2010. PCCW Media is a leading, fully integrated multimedia and entertainment group in Hong Kong. Kelly Day is Vice President, International for Prime Video at Amazon. In this role, she serves as the leader for Prime Video&rsquo;s SVOD, TVOD, and Channels businesses in all locales outside the US. Overseeing a team of regional and country managers around the world, Day drives the content strategies, greenlights, and launches of Amazon Original movies and series across international. Prior to joining Amazon in 2022, Day served as president of streaming for ViacomCBS Networks International (now Paramount Global), where she was responsible for the international roll-out and growth of Paramount+ and Pluto. Before that, she served as chief operating officer for ViacomCBS Networks International (VCNI), overseeing strategy and operations, business and legal affairs, finance and business intelligence, ad sales, and location-based entertainment and events across 100+ markets. Day&rsquo;s previous roles include president of Viacom Digital Studios (VDS), chief digital officer, then chief business officer, of AwesomenessTV, CEO of venture-backed Blip Networks, which she later sold to Maker Studios, one of the top YouTube Multichannel Networks, and roles at Discovery Communications, The Knot, and AOL.

Gaurav is a seasoned industry leader with over 24 years of experience across consumer tech, advertising, media &amp; entertainment sectors in India. Gaurav joined Amazon in 2018 and is currently the Country Head of Prime Video India. He leads the overall business for Prime Video in India across SVOD, Marketplace (Prime Video Channels &amp; TVOD) and Sports. Under his leadership, the streaming service has grown rapidly to become India&rsquo;s most preferred entertainment hub. Gaurav has helped build Prime Video into an entertainment powerhouse by doubling down on tentpole original content, pioneering industry firsts like direct-to-service world premieres of Indian movies across languages, as well as co-productions and creation of original films. He has led the expansion of the content portfolio to program in 10 languages, taken the service deep into the country with audiences across 99% of India&rsquo;s pin codes, launched the worldwide first initiative &ndash; Prime Video Mobile Edition in India, brought live sports to the service, and created a video entertainment marketplace with Prime Video Channels and a recently launched Movie Rentals (transactional VOD) service.

Prior to&nbsp;Amazon,&nbsp;Gaurav&nbsp;has worked in companies such as&nbsp;Viacom18,&nbsp;NDTV Imagine&nbsp;and STAR India in various leadership&nbsp;roles. He has extensive cross-functional experience in television and media including content, distribution, ad sales and general management. He moved into the video streaming space in 2015, and set up, launched and ran Viacom 18&rsquo;s streaming service VOOT as his last role prior to joining Amazon.&nbsp; Gaurav has a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and MBA in Advertising &amp; Communication Management from NMIMS Mumbai.

Josh McIvor is Director, International Expansion for Prime Video at Amazon. In this role, he over-sees the Prime Video business in South-East Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Overseeing a team of regional managers, he drives the content strategies, greenlights, and launches of Amazon Original movies and series across these regions. He is also responsible for increasing the global performance of Prime Video&rsquo;s Local Originals (excluding the US Originals) outside of their country of origin. Josh has been at Amazon for nine years.

Prior to his current role, Josh was the General Manager of Prime Video in Canada and Australia, led international expansion for Prime Video Channels and international expansion for Amazon Music. Before joining Amazon, Josh spent 10 years at Sony Music and was the Vice-President of Corporate and Digital Business Development for Europe and Africa. Outside of work, Josh used to have plenty of hobbies but now he has two kids instead. He is based in Seattle, USA.

Joe is a Co-Founder and Partner of Raine. Joe is active across all of Raine&rsquo;s businesses and works closely with large global and regional entertainment, sports and digital media conglomerates as well as earlier-stage, high-growth media companies as an advisor and investor. Based in New York and Los Angeles, Joe also spends considerable time in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Joe serves on the boards of Vice Media, Propagate Media, Margaritaville and Imagine Entertainment, all Raine portfolio companies.

Prior to Raine, Joe was a senior Partner at Goldman Sachs where he spent approximately 16 years based in London, Hong Kong and New York working on both principal and advisory transactions in the sports, media and telecommunications industries including significant deals such as the creation of the YES Network, the sale of MGM Studios and the spinoff and creation of NBA China. While at Goldman, Joe was responsible for creating and building several important businesses including the Asian TMT business, the sports practice and the entertainment finance group. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Joe worked as an attorney for Cleary Gottlieb Steen &amp; Hamilton LLP in New York, London and Moscow where he helped found the firm&rsquo;s Russian practice. Joe also clerked for Judge Pierre N. Leval in the Southern District of New York.

Sutanto Hartono currently serves as the Managing Director of PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi (Emtek), the CEO of Surya Citra Media (SCM), the CEO of Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) and the CEO of Vidio. He is leading the effort to transform SCM to become the leading content and media company in Indonesia, as well as transforming the Emtek group to embrace digital business as its new core business.

Sutanto was previously with Microsoft as the Country General Manager of PT Microsoft Indonesia. He worked closely with government and business leaders as well as technology influencers to build strong awareness and adoption of the Microsoft platform and its solutions &amp; technologies. His other prior experience included serving as CEO of Rajawali Citra Televisi and Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra (MNC). He established Sony Music Entertainment in Indonesia, then becoming the Senior Vice President for South East Asia. Under his leadership, Sony Music established a leadership position within the recording industry in Indonesia. He was also a Senior Associate at Booz Allen &amp; Hamilton, South East Asia. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science, Chemical Engineering, and from the University of California, Berkeley, with an MBA in Marketing and Finance.

Wicky Olindo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Screenplay Films, an Indonesian film production company partnered with leading media group Emtek. Under Wicky&rsquo;s leadership, Screenplay has undertaken strategic JVs and affiliations with partners and filmmakers to raise the bar for Indonesian movies. In addition to films, Screenplay is slated to produce 15 Indonesian language original series a year for streamers such as Vidio, Disney+ Hotstar and Netflix.

Hyun has over 20 years of media, corporate development and M&amp;A experience in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Park holds a BA in Economics and B.A. in East Asian Studies from Yale University.

Dedi Suherman has extensive experience in the Telecommunication Sector and Digital Services, as well as in Digital Content Businesses across Music, Games, and Video.

Dedi was appointed Head of TV Video Division at Telekom Indonesia, and President Commissioner of DIGISERVE in March 2022. Prior to his current position, Dedi served in numerous leadership roles, namely as the CEO of Melon Indonesia; the CEO and Founder of TELKOMCEL Timor Leste; the VP and GM in various fields at Telkomsel, which were Technology, Network Planning, Business Planning, Finance, and Network Operation. Dedi started his career as the Officer of Business Planning at Telkom Indonesia in 1997.

Dedi has degrees from Telkom University and The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He has received numerous professional developments from Harvard Business School, and internationally recognized leadership courses from Telkom Indonesia, TELIN, Singtel and TelkomMetra.

Gerhard Zeiler is responsible for Warner Bros. Discovery&rsquo;s businesses across more than 200 countries and territories. He has strategic oversight for the company&rsquo;s brands and joint responsibility for Direct-to-Consumer in international markets. He also oversees local theatrical production and acquisitions, and is responsible for the country and region-specific networks and businesses in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Zeiler joined Turner in 2012 as President of Turner International. He oversaw the entertainment and kids&rsquo; networks in all markets outside of North America, working with core global brands on local and regional channels. In 2019, he became Chief Revenue Officer for WarnerMedia with responsibility for the global advertising and distribution business. In 2020, he was appointed President for WarnerMedia International and added responsibility for Discovery&rsquo;s significant international footprint with the close of the merger in April 2022.

Prior to joining Turner, Gerhard was CEO of RTL Group, a division of Bertelsmann and Europe&rsquo;s largest television production and broadcast company. Under his leadership, RTL expanded its international footprint; brought the hit shows American Idol and America&rsquo;s Got Talent to the U.S. market; and grew its holdings to 41 channels and 34 radio stations in 10 countries.

Lori Conkling is the Global Head of TV &amp; Film at YouTube, overseeing a multi-billion dollar P&amp;L for Google. She drives transformation and international growth for the TV &amp; Film vertical across all of YouTube&rsquo;s platforms, including AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and PayTV. Under her purview, this vertical has more than doubled revenue, with YouTube TV increasing its subscriber base 125%. Conkling&rsquo;s responsibilities include negotiating long term, complex partnership deals. She was co-lead of the first cross Google deal that included YouTube, Google Cloud, Google Ad Manager, Large Customer Ad Sales and Google Play, delivering $1B+ in value for the company.

Prior to joining Google, Conkling was Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for NBCUniversal&rsquo;s Digital Enterprises team, where she was instrumental in launching NBCU&rsquo;s direct to consumer services, Seeso and Hayu, and oversaw investments in digital businesses, including Vox and Zola. Earlier in her career, Conkling held senior distribution and business development roles at A+E Networks and The Walt Disney Company. She also worked as a management consultant in the Strategy Practice at Accenture immediately after business school.

Every year since 2010, Conkling has been named one of CableFAX&rsquo;s 50 Most Powerful Women in Cable. She was also named one of the 30 Most Influential People at YouTube by Business Insider in 2020. Conkling is on the Board of Directors for Teach for America and the T. Howard Foundation (an organization focused on promoting diversity in the media industry). She received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
